Tired – stressed – exhausted


Tired, stressed, exhausted – in my present phase of life or after a full working day! Relax and recharge your batteries – but how?

I need a break. I lie down, do “nothing” and try to relax. My thoughts are circling. My heart’s pounding out loud. It’s not easy to listen to my body again. I breathe and put my hands on my heart. I notice that my body feels heavy and tired.

It reminds me of my needs and limitations. If I follow them, I can slowly relax step by step.
